lack of strokes also makes parts of the hair look emptier compared to rest which makes it look off balanced !
The wall behind is too solid , clean and lack of strong texture on the wall is certainly present
maby cracks and dirtiness or less vectorish look rids the background (wall and window) of its dullness and excessive solidness abd helps character and BG fit eachother more !
I see u have used lots of Black in this wallpaper and very less highlight....stronger contrast could have helped alot here and make it look more interesting !Enough critiq ^^ ......Here face looks gorgeous and that makes me want here ^_^
